12 Classes • 3x Per Week (Mon / Wed / Thu) Technique • Afro Movement • Musicality • Speed • Expression Move, flow, and connect to Brazilian dance in this progressive 4-week online samba program! Designed for all levels, this program gives you technique, musicality, and Afro-Brazilian movement, with three classes per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Whether you’re a beginner wanting a strong foundation or a dancer looking to refine your skills, this program will help you build confidence, stamina, and rhythm while connecting to the energy of samba. Ingride Banzo 🇧🇷💃 Also known as Dancer Capoeira Girl, Ingride is a Brazilian samba, Afro-Brazilian dance, and capoeira instructor from Salvador, Bahia with over 15 years of teaching and performing on stages around the world. She teaches students of all levels from total beginners to experienced dancers combining technique, musicality, Afro-Brazilian cultural roots, and lots of energy and fun in every single class!
